Raredon Resources, Inc. is looking to fill two key positions at our shop in Northampton, MA. We are a small company of artisans dedicated to making finely wrought objects and architectural elements. We design our own products and realize the designs of select architects and designers. We make prototypes and put products into production and we are practiced at combining materials, especially metals. Our attention to least detail and aesthetic acumen is key, as is our willingness to perform under difficult deadlines.

Architectural Fabrication Supervisor
We are looking for a person with developed skills in fabrication and finishing, the knowledge to generate work sheets, and the experience to supervise a small team. An understanding of how things are made is essential. Materials science and engineering is useful, as is experience in toolmaking, machining and cabinet making. AutoCAD abilities will be valued. Compensation comensurate with experience and responsibility; competitive benefits and bonuses.

Production Manager
Responsibilities would include estimating, scheduling, sourcing, generating work sheets, co-ordinating work flow and organization. Knowledge of how things are made is essential and a proven interest in architectural interiors is required. Materials science and engineering is useful, as are AutoCAD abilities. Compensation comensurate with experience and responsibility; competitive benefits and bonuses.
