Looking for a Landscape construction estimator:
• who knows how to BUILD, draw construction details, administer a construction site, manage tender packages, bids, colleagues and clients;
• Who knows G.T.A., specifications, suppliers, trades, construction techniques, and production rates; can also handle purchasing, inventory control, cost controls, a small fleet of trucks, deadlines and stress.
• Who knows the importance of “cost to complete” analysis, hands on accountability, and common sense and manners, who practices to an uncompromised professional standard of honesty and integrity.
• “who can make a silk purse from a sow’s ear”, if necessary.
• Who is comfortable with challenging opportunities in a creative, innovative environment
