The Mycelium School
Our Mission is to provide a co-learning environment for emerging entrepreneurs to develop the resources, connections, and living-systems worldview needed to create thriving businesses that regenerate communities.
The Mycelium School is an eighteen-month self/enterprise incubator for 18-30 year old entrepreneurs. Participants co-create a highly customized education that will help them develop as mindful leaders, innovators and social entrepreneurs. The (un)curriculum is carried out through workshops hosted by visiting instructors, business skill development and a lived experience. These three areas culminate in the Dream Lab; nine months dedicated to the supported development of the participants’ own social enterprise.
We’re planning a soft launch this spring and will officially open our doors in April 2013.
Wanted: Chief Entrepreneurial Catalyst
We are looking for an entrepreneur that has the capacity to not only help Mycelium thrive but weave the spirit of entrepreneurship within the fabric of our organization. We are not a feel good, sexy, mutton chop wearing, skate-board-to-work school that gives the image of making change; we are an ugly, gritty, sweaty, game changing force.
We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated success as a social intra/entrepreneur. Someone who thrives in uncertainty and is not afraid to take risks, fail hard and most of all, succeeds wildly.
If you are the man or woman to pull this off, read on.
