In recent years, we have sparked a fast growing movement anchored by companies that commit to giving at least one percent of their sales to the environment. Every year we certify that member companies complete their donations. We seek to build participation in the network through innovative marketing, new business development and outreach. For more than one year we have added at least one additional member company every day. Today we have nearly 900 member companies in 28 different countries that channel more than $12MM in annual contributions. The MC/OC plays a very active role at the core of the organization. He or she is responsible for keeping the organization on top of its most fundamental commitments to members, recipients, employees, its Board and other stakeholders. The role is highly varied and includes programmatic responsibilities like overseeing the certification process, responding to incoming inquiries from members and processing new license agreements. There are also administrative components to the job that include procurement, managing financial data and administering health and retirement plans. Because of our rapid growth trajectory, the MC/OC is a growth-oriented position with strong potential for promotion within one year. The MC/OC has to be highly detail oriented, adept at multi-tasking, and persistent enough to keep abreast of a highly involved certification process. Yestermorrow Registrar

The Yestermorrow Design/Build School, a unique non-profit organization offering courses in architectural design, construction, and craft, is seeking a full-time Registrar. We are seeking an organized, detail oriented, motivated individual to ensure that our day-to-day administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently. .
The position works closely with the Director of Operations and the Student Services Manager to process registrations for a non-profit school with over 1200 students per year. The person must have a solid background in computing and database management and will handle all incoming phone and online registrations, all data entry and payment processing, and maintain up to date enrollment records for all classes. They will also be responsible for basic bookkeeping and will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, payroll and bank reconciliation. This person must be able to work well in a collaborative office with a diverse staff of employees, interns and instructors.
